FundEzy – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes when users are eligible for refunds on FundEzy.
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of funds and pooled contributions:
- All contributions made toward an active fund group are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- Once a group starts, payments are locked into the pool and cannot be withdrawn.
2. Refund Eligible Scenarios
Refunds may be issued ONLY in the following cases:
2.1 Duplicate or Failed Transactions
- You are charged twice.
- The payment gateway confirms failure.
- The transaction does not reflect in your wallet/group.
2.2 Incorrect Amount Deduction
If FundEzy overcharges due to a system error.
3. Refund Timelines
- UPI / Wallet → 1–3 business days
- Net banking → 3–5 business days
Processing time depends on the bank/payment gateway.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Contributions to ongoing groups
- Verification fees
- Penalties or late fees
- Platform charges
- Commission on payouts
- Fraud-related withholdings (based on investigation)
5. Chargebacks
If you file a chargeback:
- Your FundEzy account may be suspended.
- You must cooperate with verification.
- Fraudulent chargebacks will lead to a legal complaint.
